Attraction Marketing - How Write Compelling Messages

Posted on Aug 1st, 2007 by Jen : Business Acceleration Mentor Jen
2 Must-have's when writing compelling messages

Your prospective clients will never know what you really do until you consistently deliver the same messages to them over and over again. There are so many consistent messages which need to be created. Some examples are: elevator speeches, postcards, flyers, sales letters, business cards, advertisements, articles, speeches, website pages, newsletters, ezines, reports, and audio recordings. Whatever the message, it must include a few simple components and a few add-on (*) components!

#1 Must-have: Pick a need/emotion
1. Security: (What will they gain or lose? Wealth, comfort, health etc.)
2. Love: (Can they receive love or lose love? Both are strong emotional needs that hit us at our roots.)
3. Recognition: (Will you have the best, most luxurious, will you be acknowledged, are you worthy?)

#2 Must-have: Address these 4 elements to construct elevator speeches, postcards, business cards and small ads.
1. Speak personally to your perfect client.
2. Address their problems or issues.
3. Tell them the benefits of your solution.
4. Ask them to take action

Example: (Must-have 1 & 2):
"Are you struggling with finding clients online? I've developed a 10-step system that teaches small business owners how to book their business solid in 8 months or less. Embrace The Money Rules

Posted on Jun 21st, 2007 by Jen : Business Acceleration Mentor Jen
1. You use money. Please make sure that money never uses you.

2. Money does not come to you by chance or luck. You choose to have an abundance of money.

3. Money matters when it's used. It should not be hoarded. It must circulate. Money is an energy and must flow like water.

4. Be comfortable with money and the flow of money. Do you get in the way of the natural flow of money? Is your money evaporating? Where do you get in the way with the flow?

5. Money is energy and comes to you through people not from people. Don't use people to receive money. Attract money energetically to you through people and stop chasing money. Last time I heard whenever you chase something it runs.

6. Money is not power! It's a tool.

Transform Your Business and Master Decision Making

Posted on Jun 16th, 2007 by Jen : Business Acceleration Mentor Jen
Most high profile business leaders learn the art and habit of fast and efficient decision-making skills.

I have found that the root of indecision is procrastination. The root of procrastination is either the lack of motivation, confidence or fear. And lastly, lack of inspiration comes from a lack of mental clarity/intuition, concentration and focus on your true authentic and divine desires.

If you procrastinate it is critical that you understand why you are procrastinating. Procrastination is mental baggage. This is habit is guaranteed to lower your vibration and slow your rate of manifestation. What do you do if you find yourself procrastinating and not making decisions? The questions below will help you refocus.

1. Do you know how to implement the issue at hand?

2. Are you ignoring it or are you searching for a solution? Are you looking for information to help you make your decision?

3. Are you fearing implementation or are you afraid of rejection?

The Art Of Zero Resistance

Posted on May 24th, 2007 by Jen : Business Acceleration Mentor Jen
Yesterday I was reading and relaxing on my hammock when, Susie, one of my V.I.P coaching clients called. She quietly said, "Jen, you won't believe what I just attracted." Turns out she was invited to be a guest on the "Wake Up with Whoopi" show. This was this 3rd call of this kind I received from her. She is an attraction magnet!

Let me give you a little background about Susie... Three months ago, Susie, would have rejected anything that was more than 40 bucks. Well, maybe a little more than that. Maybe 100 bucks, but you see what I am getting at. It didn't matter what service or product if it was over a certain amount -- she wasn't interested. Basically, she wanted to grow her business at zero cost. She was treating her business like a home-based hobby. I taught her what my mentors taught me -- The Art Of Zero Resistance and visible opportunties are flowing like no tomorrow.

I learned Zero Resistance from Maxwell Maltz and Bob Proctor. Though their words are different, the approach is the same. In my words, it's about listen to inspirations, making swift decisions and taking immediate action. You do all that before the dragons of fear, doubt or anxiety creeps in.

How to practice Zero Resistance:

When something comes to you the first questions should not be "How much", but "Do I want this in my life"? If the answer is, "Yes." Then you make the decision to do and then take immediate action. Just go before the dragons enter into your head! Seriously. In other words, go with your gut. It is simple to understand, but my not be easy to implement. What do you think?

Zero Resistance does take practice. It can also be annoying at time because it keeps you moving.

Are you insane? Get What You Want Faster!

Posted on May 11th, 2007 by Jen : Business Acceleration Mentor Jen

“The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results.” ~ Benjamin Franklin

Where are you NOW?

One of my yoga teachers, Baron Baptiste, said, “It happens Now Here not Nowhere”.  At the time, I thought it was a little strange.  Of course, I am here.  Where else would I be?  Until I realized I needed to answer ... “Is your mind Now Here?”   Do you feel you’re waiting for something better?  Think about this for just a moment.  How often do you think or obsess about the past or the future?  Are you wondering what someone thought about you after your conversation?  Or maybe your head is in the future thinking about your next meal or what you are going to write in an email blast that goes out tomorrow while you are trying to sleep.

Look at in your problem in your life.  You don’t have to struggle to keep your problems in your life.  You are in alignment with your problems and you keep attracting it.   The only problem is how you see things.

So let’s see where you are today without concerning yourself with “your yesterday.”  What is in your life today?

TO DO: Take inventory of your present day and life.  This will show you what you are in alignment with.  What you will attract tomorrow.

Are you creating that life you have always dreamed of?  Have you even taken time to conjure up a vision of your desires? What are you doing that you love?  What are you doing that you don’t love?  How can you only do the things you love?

Where do you want to GO?

Figure out exactly what you want.  WRITE IT DOWN!

Now, this is where you can use visualization techniques.  Consider thinking of your future dream or vision as a large puzzle.  You discovered this puzzle/vision at one present moment in the past.  Now, you must stay clear and listen for the next piece in your puzzle.  Your vision is coming.  You just need to take the next inspired action WITHOUT RESISTANCE.

Great.  Now, it’s already here in the non-physical form consciously.  Change yourself internally.  Use regular visualization to burn it into your unconscious.

GIVE some emotions and feelings to your vision

Add unwavering emotions associated with your un-manifested vision.  If emotions are already in the subconscious and unconscious mind, why not add some emotions to this vision to engrain it in your unconscious mind.  Connect your vision with emotions of gratitude, love and excitement.  Connect your vision with feelings in your heart and in your stomach.

#1 Misconception About Success

Posted on May 10th, 2007 by Jen : Business Acceleration Mentor Jen
I have worked with many clients with recurring emotional patterns from past beliefs. As an emotional eating counselor, I found that many clients were crippled by the fear of weight gain. I started to teach them tools to become more focused and present to overcome their fear and increase their self-esteem and confidence. They learned how to love and honor their physical form in the now, so there was never a need for addiction or abuse. Both terms... addiction and abuse demonstrate how we identify with past patterns of resistance. Because they could love and accept then discontinue past beliefs about them, they could get on with their lives. This happened to countless clients. Instead of bringing up past beliefs to question why, they just operated as the always had. Learning conscious presence gave them the opportunity to accept themselves today. Their inner agony faded away whether their physical body was thinner or not. They felt loved, supported and at peace.

One of my clients was a multi-millionaire and she told me that 80-90% of her financial success was due to her faith and confidence.--90% due to her mindset! So the wheels in my mind began to turn. Hmmm.. so the other 10% was knowledge and 90% mindset/internal patterns? Then I began to play with the mindset of success. When I say "play," I mean extreme study. What contributes to the mindset of success?

There are 4 areas to a successful mindset:

1. Your environment. This includes your external environment. The people you know, the television shows you watch, your friends and their habits, and your family. It's your job to choose what you pull in with your five senses from the external world.

2. Your habits, mental patterns and beliefs that have been created in your life thus far. Your habits, behaviors and beliefs must be in alignment (or in harmonious vibration) with your goals. Habits may include taking inspired, persistent, focused action.  Actions that may a massive impact.

3. The success tools you put into place to manage your mindset, business and life.

4. Your conscious vibration/your spiritual trust and faith. The more you can "feel as if" and be a peace with what you want to attract, the more you will attract to you.

Homework:
Review these four areas and bring conscious awareness to what changes could take place. And then stay in integrity with yourself and take them.

My Thoughts On Mental Clutter

Posted on Mar 24th, 2007 by Jen : Business Acceleration Mentor Jen
AUGH.  What’s In Your Mind?

What are you taking in?  Our grandparents before us were born into a world with minimal newspaper exposure, no radios, no television and no other stimuli distractions, except for the occasional game that made them think or strategize.  Bill Jensen, author of “Simplicity”, “the most conservative estimates show business information doubling every three years, and at some companies, it doubles every year.” Think about it.  Isn’t it amazing that Edison could have even developed the light bulb by this time?  He only had books available to him.  Do we really need more information?  Or do we need to start looking within for intuitive information.  Have we lost touch with our internal landscape?

These days we would rather allow headphones to cover their ears than listen to our children’s day at school.  We live independently in family households. Technology has offered us information and enjoyment, but is it worth the distraction?  Could we be more focused and productive in our businesses if we could just quiet our “wild mustang minds” and separate ourselves from this technological clutter?

Our mind is full of both “inspired” thoughts and “not-so-inspired” thoughts from our past beliefs and stories. Do you know what to listen to?  What thoughts are “inspired” and what are damaging “gremlins”?  Are you quiet enough to allow your intuition or sixth sense to take control?

We are born with an intellect and the right to believe or disbelieve, but are we even questioning what others are telling us anymore?  Are you still questioning stories that are brought to you from family or the news?  What do you believe?

So, I ask you... What is on your mind?  Can you slow down and listen to what you are telling yourself? Can you begin to put aside a time to slow down and quiet your mind? How much more garbage are you going to put in your head before you start sharing your authentic gifts and living your true purpose-driven life?

Where’s Your Mind Now?

When you wake up every morning, do you ask yourself, “What am I going to create today?”  Do you ask yourself, “What can I offer others?”  What about, “What am I going to do to get what I want from my life today?”

Think back to when you brushed your teeth this morning?  What were you thinking about?  Was it the future health of your teeth or were you thinking about how to respond to emails you have been piled up in your inbox?

So, what’s your present intention?  Right now, what is the purpose of reading this?  Will it change you?  Or are you just taking it in as leisure time activity?  What will be your intention when you cook dinner tonight?  Will it  be to throw mac and cheese together because you don’t have time to nourish your body?  Or will you take the time to cook fresh vegetables?

Is this making sense?  How do YOU focus your mind from moment to moment?  Now, now, now and now?

I guess the real question is... what tools can you put in place to keep your mind consciously focused on the present moment?

Focus Success Tools:

Here are "mental focus" suggestions I offer my clients.  These tools usually take three to six weeks to really become a part of a mental habit.

#1:  The rubber around the wrist.  It doesn’t have to be tight and you don’t have to snap it, but when you see it on your wrist you will be reminded to focus on your present intention.

#2:  Drop reminder notes around the house, on the fridge and near the bathroom mirror—another other places you see each day.

#3:  The reminder rock.  Keep a small rock in your pocket or on your desk.  When you see the rock remind yourself of your intention.

#4:  Ask yourself.  What is coming in my eyes, ears, nose and mouth?  In other words, what are you seeing, hearing, smelling and eating? Are these things help you live a more fulfilled life?

The new habit of intention will become your purposeful habit with practice and perseverance.  Distractions will fly at you from every angle.  Be vigilant about your personal need to opt out of the technological crossfire.
